On May 27th the Expo Area reopened its doors with the City After the City project titled EXPERIENCE r ESTATE in Milan. To mark the XXI Milan Triennale International Exhibition the extra elements added to the TCP3 pavilion and in front of the pavilion itself were dismantled and new botanical work was carried out on the Orto Planetario, the “brolo” lawn together with the transplantation of tall trees in the outdoor areas of the TCP2 and TCP3 pavilions. The 17,000 square metres of space within the Expo Area will be home to five exhibitions reflecting the themes developed during Expo Milan 2015 and related to the concepts behind the XXI Milan Triennial. In addition to the exhibitions there will be a Summer School, events, meetings, lectures and live performances until 30th September 2016.
Admission is free and will be open to the public from Friday to Sunday from 14:00 to 23:00.
