Today more than ever before, the web has become one of the major means for making purchases for millions of people around the world and on a global level the number of digital buyers doubled from 2011 to 2016. In a particular economic period like the one we are currently experiencing, it is important to join forces and concentrate them in one direction. This idea gave rise to a web platform designed to combine high-quality Italian producers from the world of furnishing, lighting, jewellery, art and interior decorations and the project, called ITALIANOLOGY, is open to all companies or artists who have little or no access to international markets and have an unstructured or non-existent extra-European sales network.
ITALIANOLOGY intends to effectively present and promote these producers and artists world-wide. With an eye-catching layout where each product is presented in a simple and detailed style, ITALIANOLOGY is an easy-to-navigate shop window that offers a wide selection of Italian excellences that are otherwise difficult to access. The keystone of the project is the celebration and enhancing of Italian creativity in all its forms, originating in local and regional traditions and going on to become famous all over the world.
