TATOOINE is an exclusive Star Wars Club created by Mr. Barrie Ho, the internationally known Hong-Kong based architect. The name Tatooine comes from the 1st Star Wars film in George Lucas’ famous saga and refers to the planet described at the beginning of every episode. TATOOINE displays over 500 artifacts from the Star Wars archives collected by Mr. Barrie Ho over the last 25 years. These “relics” come from all over the world: Tokyo, Seoul, Busan, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Taipei, Hong Kong, Macao, Milan, Stockholm, Copenhagen, Oslo, the United Kingdom and the United States.
TATOONIE was not created for commercial reasons but is instead a “Space & Place” for visitors to explore and understand the creative power behind the saga – which has even influenced Mr. Barrie Ho in his architectural projects – and it is also a place for charity works dedicated to children.
