One of the most awe-inspiring photography fairs of the world takes stage among the neoclassic walls of the monumental Somerset House, the British home for international art and culture. Its name is Photo London 2016 and gathers 80 of the most prestigious galleries of the world, along with a public program of exhibitions, installations, talks, lectures and screenings for four days of memorable collections.
To give extra oomph to the unique event are the three major exhibitions. Supported by LUMA Foundation, the aforementioned include the likes of Don McCullin, recently named Photo London Master of Photography 2016, Craigie Horsfield with portraits from the Wilson Centre for Photography in London and Sergei Chilikov who, in collaboration with the Multimedia Art Museum of Moscow, pays homage to Russian art.
Photo London 2016 is opened to the public from May 19th to May 22nd.
